We are constantly looking for new ways to become more sustainable. We have a pre-order for our seasonal collections to avoid over production and reduce fabric waste. As a lot of our clothes are made-to-order and have longer waiting times, by shopping the pre-order collection will guarantee earliest possible arrival.
How long do I have to pre-order the SS24 collection?
The SS24 collection will be available to pre-order on our e-store until 7/12/23.
Any SS24 orders placed after 7/12/23 will have individual shipping and production times depending on the length of time it takes to make specific items.
If I pre-order the SS24 collection, when will it arrive?
All orders placed until 7/12/23 will be shipped with DHL express on 04/01/24
If I order something now, and decide to order more from the SS24 collection in a few weeks time, do I have to pay for shipments twice?
No.. let us know both of your order numbers and we will refund one of your shipping fees. We will then send both of your orders out in the same package to avoid packaging waste.
Can we still have SS24 made-to-measure?
Yes! If you are unsure about sizing you can always send your measurements through to shop@tlabel.uk with your order number and we can advise on sizing or if you would prefer to give us your measurements we can follow them for more fitted styles.
What happens if I order something available now and something from the pre-order collection?
We will ship the items available to send now, first, and then send the SS24 pieces on the 04/01/24
