How long will my order take to arrive? Each item has different delivery times depending on how long it takes us to make it or the textiles involved in that item. On each product page there will be a delivery section that will share how long it is expected to make each piece before shipped out with DHL Express.
If you need the item to arrive fast we advise selecting (Ready-To-Ship) sizes when available, these are sizes that we already have in stock in our studio and are ready to be shipped out next working day. If you are looking for something that doesn’t have a (Ready-To-Ship) option and you need it by a specific date, please email us at shop@tlabel.uk to see if we can get it delivered to you in time.
When do I receive my shipment confirmation? Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details up-to 48 hours before we dispatch the order. All orders are shipped via DHL Express where you will also receive delivery details and tracking information directly from DHL.
Do you ship worldwide? All orders purchased through our website will be shipped from the UK and can be shipped worldwide. Shipping location can be changed at checkout.
What is Ready-To-Ship? If we are making any of our popular styles that have come through as an order, sometimes we will cut out and produce 2/3 of the same style as we know that this is a likely item to sell again and it still fits in with our sustainable production ethos. If you are looking for a special, last minute gift or if you need anything in time for an event in the near future, you can shop from our ready-to-ship section on our e-store where the item will be dispatched by the next business day. When selecting your size on the product page, please be aware you need to select the (Ready-To-Ship) options only in order for them to be dispatched within 24 hours.
Do you make custom designs? As we are such a small team, we don’t have the capacity to carry out custom designs. We have most flexibility in adapting our beading designs, if you for example wanted to make an existing design in a longer/shorter length or to carry out in another existing colourway. If this is something you had in mind with our beading designs please email us at shop@tlabel.uk to see if its possible to adapt designs.
Will I have to pay import fees in I am ordering from Europe? Additional taxes and customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped from the UK to the European Union. The articles prices and shipping costs exclude VAT and customs charges will be added to an order. For a £300 item it is not uncommon for a charge of £100 to be added due to customs and tax charges.
No VAT is charged on shipments made to non-European countries. Once the articles arrive at the destination, sales tax as well as customs duties and handling costs will be determined by the respective customs office. The recipient will then be invoiced by our courier. By submitting your order and paying and/or delivering the required information, you concede to the import regulations of the respective articles. Please be aware that import regulations vary from country to country.
I’m unsure about the fit of an item. We know it’s tricky when buying online and there are no physical spaces to try the items on. Our size guide can be found here or you can contact us at shop@tlabel.uk for help with questions on a specific products fit.
I want to purchase something as a gift. When the shipping name is different to the billing name we don’t add an invoice within the package so that if the item is being delivered directly to someone as a gift they won’t find out any information about when the item was purchased and how much the items cost. All items are shipped in gift boxes with tissue paper so naturally look like they are packaged as a gift already.
There is an item I have seen on Instagram that I cant see on your website? Some of our gloves and glove Bralettes may have sold out on our own e-store but could be available at our stockist Lunch Concept Store.
